Jennifer Nye is a change-agent, out-of-the-box thinker, storyteller, and visionary who puts brands on the map. In her 20 years of experience, she has earned the reputation as a driven person unafraid to conquer big obstacles while building great teams, and doesn’t look at work like a job but as a means to bring a vision to life. Jennifer currently serves as Chief Marketing and Creative Officer of Momentum Textiles and Wallcovering, leading the company’s design and marketing strategies. Since joining Momentum in 2021, Jennifer has reinvigorated the company, heralding its exciting new chapter with artistic design collaborations with creatives such as Sina Pearson, Shantell Martin, En Viu, and most recently, Yinka Ilori. Jennifer is also spearheading a new phase of designing with purpose – arming the Momentum design teams with science-based and human behavior design principles to bring more purposeful products to the market. She also brought on Momentum’s first Vice President of Sustainability, further cementing the brand’s long-held commitment to sustainable practices, and introduced Momentum’s proprietary AI search tool. Jennifer’s passion for the architecture and designer community first blossomed in her previous role at Kohler, where she directed the development of precision marketing efforts and tiered loyalty programs for A&D. It was through her vision that Kohler began working with notable designers such as Jonathan Adler, and under the ANN SACKS division, Kelly Wearstler— the most successful launch in their history, resulting in $1.5M in sales and 219M impressions in the first six months. Jennifer isn’t afraid to try something new in her work: whether that is implementing the Japanese Pecha Kucha presentation stateside, or taking a chance on early social media when at Harley Davidson. She is a member of American Society of Interior Designers and the Design Leadership Network.
